Sotexpro, located in the world's largest pea production, converts the springtime yellow pea into a variety of nutritional and functional flours, insoluble debacterized fibre for the food industries.

Using a variety of extrusion methods, Sotexpro texturises vegetable proteins, giving them specific functionalities for ready cooked meals ans processed meat. Sotexpro also manufactures micronized flours for the feed especially for manufacturing food ealf in the aquaculture.
