GEMEF Industries has a fully equipped research laboratory that allows performing and even publishing in-depth studies, as, for instance, the annual survey on bakery wheat.

GEMEF Industries meets the specific requirements of its customers but also offers its own innovations.

Our R&D is equipped for performing tests at pre-industrial and industrial laboratory level.
To that effect, it has a test bread-making unit at its disposal to validate its formulations in finished products.

It also operates on a pilot size extrusion facility to facilitate upstream research. Last and above all, it has a full industrial size pilot extrusion facility entirely devoted to the development of crunchy cereals. This allows perfect reproduction of the conditions in industrial production.

Moreover, all these facilities enable us to receive our customers to develop together more quickly and effectively.
