GEMEF INDUSTRIES offers GLUTEN-FREE (< 20 ppm) and LOW GLUTEN (< 100 ppm) products thanks to a strict cleaning process, which makes it possible to avoid any risk of cross-contamination.
They are available in 100% rice but also biscuit or cocoa formula; they offer a crispy and light texture with a gourmet savour ideal for many applications: chocolates, confectionary, biscuits etc.

This range is 100 % natural (clean label) and some references are organic (since January 2013, GEMEF Industries is ECOCERT certified).
